I started a spiritual journey and I'm finding that so many of the answers I've been looking for are within me. I am the one who chooses. Sounds stupid right? I get it. I thought so too. Just by holding yourself accountable and really taking a deep dive into who you are, you can get thru so many of these emotions. My favorite subjects have been shadow work and inner child work.
